Magnesium

An important mineral responsible for over 300 processes and reactions in your body. It plays a key role in the formation of chemical energy by directly supporting metabolic reactions and activating vitamin B1, which helps convert nutrients into energy. It forms part of the protective cell membrane and is involved in cellular electrical activity needed for communication and movement throughout the body. It supports normal energy metabolism, reduces fatigue and exhaustion, lowers mental tension, reduces cramps, maintains electrolyte balance, and ensures proper nervous system function.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a vitamin the human body cannot produce on its own. An absolute deficiency can lead to serious health complications and even death (scurvy). It is an essential component in the formation of collagen and carnitine, making it necessary for healthy skin and complexion. It is an important part of immunity, making it suitable in higher doses for chronic illnesses and colds. As an antioxidant, it is important for preventing premature cell damage and aging, as well as supporting and preventing oncological diseases.

Vitamin B6

Plays an important role in red blood cell metabolism, in the conversion and metabolism of sugars, and for proper functioning of the immune system.

Vitamin B1

Important for carbohydrate metabolism, maintains the necessary level of oxygen in the blood (promotes optimal energy use) and is essential for proper functioning of the nervous system.
